At House of Indy Styles, we offer select items as preorders so you can secure the looks you love before they sell out. Preorder pieces are ordered or produced especially for you, which allows us to bring you exclusive styles without overproduction.

What Is a Preorder?

A preorder item is not currently in stock and will ship at a later date. When you place a preorder, your payment is collected at checkout to reserve your item.

 

Processing & Shipping Time

Preorder items require additional processing time. Please allow:

Up to 21 business days for processing before shipment
(Unless a different time frame is listed on the product page)

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, shipping delays, or high demand. We promise to keep you informed if there are any significant changes.

 

Orders With Preorder Items

If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, your order will ship once all items are available, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the nature of preorder items:

• ALL PREORDERS ARE FINAL SALE

• Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed

• No refunds will be issued for preorder items

If a preorder delay exceeds the stated timeframe by an extended period, store credit may be offered at our discretion.

• Preorder timelines begin the business day after your order is placed

• Weekends and holidays are not included in processing times

• By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to this policy
